To our valued customers,
We hope that all of you are healthy and well. Spring is right around the corner, and we will be gearing up again soon to get your properties ready for the season. We have been busy this off season and are pleased to announce that Sesuit Landscapes is merging with Reeves Landscaping. Both companies will hereby be named Sesuit Landscapes. As part of this merger, we will be gaining Jason Reeves and the entire team from Reeves Landscaping, bringing with them decades of business and landscaping experience. We will be implementing a new landscape management software to better provide our customers with on-time and top-notch service. Account managers will be assigned to each customer for better communication, and moving forward we will be looking to leading innovations in the Green Industry around organic fertilization and all electric maintenance crews.
In addition to our many services that we will now be providing in-house, is a full time Fine Gardening division, which will be headed by Mike Bridges. This service will include design and installation of perennial, annual and vegetable gardens, pruning, weeding beds and plant fertilization. This service can be provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly schedule to keep your beds looking neat and clean throughout the entire season. This division will also be offering organic methods for fertilization, weed control in gravel or shell driveways, and even tick and mosquito control.
Finally, one of our strategic goals moving forward is to integrate a “Greener Company”. Over the next few years we will be looking to transition to an all-electric maintenance crews that include electric mowers, handheld tools, and eventually trucks. This is certainly a direction in which many industries are headed and we are hoping to be one of the leaders here on Cape Cod. We see this being a tremendous benefit by reducing our carbon footprint and providing lower noise disturbance while providing services to our customers.
The most immediate visual changes that you will encounter is our new branding with our truck logos, letterhead, and invoicing. Customers will be able to continue the use of electronic invoicing and online payments. We will be following up with you on the enclosed Spring Checklist, introducing you to the new members of the team and providing new contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and address.
All of the current Sesuit employees and I are very excited about this merger and the upcoming season. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, so I may assist you through this seamless transition.
Regards,
Rafael Bottene
